We worked with Roger and his team to transform a very run down 1920’s Mount Eden Bungalow into a classic but modern family home. Roger managed our entire council consent process and provided valuable advice when we encountered a boundary issue. He organised other services we required such as surveying and engineers. He and his team were contactable and communicative while we were in the difficult stages of building and supported our building team with queries and council visits. We were amazed at the creativity Roger had giving us the ability to add in extra spaces such as an ensuite where we didn’t think we would have space.
